Founder and Director of DIPAC Counselling

In 2009, I founded DIPAC Counselling, with a vision to create a service where individuals, couples, families, and organisations could access compassionate, professional, and practical support during some of life's most challenging circumstances.

My passion has always been helping people strengthen relationships, overcome adversity, resolve conflict, and create healthier futures for themselves and those they care about. Over the years, that vision has grown into a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to supporting emotional wellbeing, family connection, disability support, clinical psychology, psychological assessment services, counselling, therapy, and mediation.

Today, DIPAC continues to be guided by the values upon which it was founded: compassion, integrity, professionalism, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping people create meaningful and lasting change.

Why Should You Consider Counselling for Your Anxiety?

Anxiety counselling provides several benefits for people suffering from anxiety disorders. Counselling for anxiety can help people understand their condition better and how to manage it effectively. It can also help with relationships and help people identify the triggers for their anxiety and learn coping strategies for dealing with anxiety-provoking situations.

An anxiety counsellor can help people develop a support network of family and friends who can offer practical and emotional support during times of stress. Finally, anxiety counselling can help people improve their overall mental health by providing a safe and supportive environment where they can explore personal issues and gain insight into their own thoughts and behaviours without the fear of judgment.
