Appointment Cancellation & Refund Policy
Here at DIPAC, we aim to provide our clients with quality care in a timely manner. Cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are not just an inconvenience to our providers but to our other patients, since every confirmed appointment is a slot that’s blocked in our calendar. If you wish to reschedule for any reason, please let us know so we can free the date and time for other patients and clients.
DIPAC requires 24-hour notice since all appointments are in high demand. We wish to help as many people as we can, so we ask that you extend us this courtesy. Cancellations outside the 24-hour notice period WILL NOT be entitled to a refund, but we will allow a transfer of booking (TOB). Please book a new schedule here.
We reserve the right to refuse patients with multiple recorded cancellations. However, we extend special consideration, especially if the cancellations are due to medical reasons and other health concerns.
